Excellent & transformative book. Includes many practical and easy to do exercises that help the concepts and ideas actually impact your life! This is different than other self help books. Feel like it was reading my mind. Also, it made me realize that my other self help book purchases were failed attempts to achieve perfection 😉 If you're a wannabe perfect person, this one's for you!
